April 7th: Free In Store Easter Chocolate Demonstration and Tasting, 12-2pm
Just in time for Easter and Passover preparations, Perugina® instructor Elana Iaciofano will lead a demonstration at Eataly’s educational demo counter, Foodiversita’, located in the northwest corner of the store. Guests will be entertained with stories about Perugina’s rich history, wowed as Elana gracefully makes chocolate ribbons in the air and generally delighted when they sample some freshly made Baci®!l

April 6th: Free In Store Easter Chocolate Demonstration and Tasting, 4pm – 7pm
Perugina instructor Elana Laciofano will perform a special spring edition chocolate making demonstration in the Eccellenze corner of the store allowing customers to stop by to get some edible gift ideas for Easter or Passover. Shoppers will also be entertained with stories about Perugina’s rich history, wowed as Elana gracefully makes chocolate ribbons in the air, and of course, delighted, when they get to sample some freshly made Baci®!

April 8th:  Hands-On Workshop: Artisanal Baci® Making with Perugina®, 1pm 
Perugina® instructor Elana Laciofano will lead a demonstration and hands-on Baci making (and tasting!) workshop.  Students will have the chance to discover Perugina’s rich history ripe with legend, tradition and romance as they learn how to make Baci chocolates by hand. Guests will enjoy watching the master chocolatier skilfully prepare Baci and be treated to the finished fresh treats, leaving little doubt in their minds why Perugina is Italy’s favorite chocolate. 

April 8th:  Kids Hands-On Workshop Artisanal Baci Making with Perugina, 10:30-noon
Perugina instructor Christian Pritchard will join Eataly’s smaller chefs (ages 6-12) in this special edition of Kids' Kitchen. The “bambini” will enjoy a hands-on experience as they learn to make their very own homemade Baci chocolates and Baci smores as well as of course, get to eat them.
