Baci® Perugina® has some exciting in-store events coming up this spring at select Eataly locations!  Come discover the art and tradition of Italian chocolate making in a special series of chocolate master classes and demonstrations. Chocolate lovers of all ages can learn how to make Baci® Perugina® the Italian way under the expert guidance of Perugina® instructors.


May 3rd from 3-6 PM

Be sure to stop by Eataly Los Angeles on May 3rd between 3 - 6 pm to witness Perugina®'s chocolate expert Iwona Adamczyk make fresh Baci® Perugina®. This FREE demonstration is open to all and sure to get you in the mood for love and chocolate this spring!

We can’t think of anything better to do this spring than experiencing a hands-on chocolate class at Eataly Los Angeles! Join Perugina® chocolate expert Iwona Adamczyk at Eataly Las Vegas for this FREE Baci® Perugina® chocolate demonstration. Guests will be entertained with stories about Perugina®’s rich history, wowed as Iwona gracefully makes chocolate ribbons in the air and delighted when they sample some freshly made Baci® Perugina®!


May 9th from 12:00 – 3:00 PM

Iwona Adamczyk will hold a special free spring demo where she demonstrates how Baci® Perugina® are made and hands out samples of this classic Italian confection. Guests are guaranteed to fall in love with the taste, quality and history behind Baci® Perugina®.

May 11th from 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Perugina® instructor Iwona Adamczyk will lead a hands-on Baci® Perugina® making (and tasting!) workshop. Invite your partner or your best friend, or treat your mamma for Mother’s Day!  Hear the love story behind the delicious confection and learn how to properly temper chocolate. Find out more here.

Baci® Perugina® is proud to be the featured dessert at Eataly NYC Downtown’s Spring Wine & Cheese Fest on May 10th.  Tickets are required to be purchased in advance.  Once inside, you can watch our Perugina instructor make Baci right in front of your eyes and enjoy the taste of Italy’s favorite chocolate confection!  Click here for more info and to buy tickets.

Perugina®instructor Iwona Adamczyk will be presenting a special FREE Spring Baci-making demo for customers. Guests will enjoy watching Iwona skillfully prepare Baci® and will be transported to chocolate heaven when they taste the fresh treats!

 May 18th from 12:30 – 1:30 PM

Perugina® instructor Iwona Adamczyk will join Eataly’s smaller chefs (ages 6-12) in this special edition of Kids' Kitchen. Kids will get to enjoy a hands-on experience as they taste chocolate and learn to create homemade Baci® chocolates followed by a delicious chocolate dessert. Find out more here.
