Baci Perugina with wine and liquors

Tasting Baci® Perugina® with wine and liquors

Which wine or liquor can be combined with Baci® Perugina®? Here are the best combinations to try!

What is the best way to taste Baci® Perugina® together with wine or liquors? The first important step is to prepare the mouth to welcome the flavours involved.

It starts with biting into a Baci® Perugina® chocolate and then slowly letting it melt in your mouth. Then you can proceed with a sip of wine or liqueur in order to let the flavours mix and exalt each other.

The double coating of Baci® Perugina® Original Dark and Baci® Perugina® Extra Dark 70% is such that it combines very well with different types of alcohol, first of all, Rum - even better if aged at least 3 years. The two velvety flavours will find perfect harmony.

Muscat grappa and distilled liquors with a wood aftertaste will enhance the natural aromas of vanilla as well as the taste of hazelnut and hazelnut.

Baci® Perugina® Milk chocolates are also excellent in combination with liqueurs. To avoid an excess of sweetness it is better to avoid liqueurs with a sweet taste but with Passito, Sherry and Porto the taste experience will be very appreciable.

Absolutely try Baci® Perugina® with beer. The best option is to choose between beers with at least 6% alcohol. In general, the rule to follow is to choose a beer as sweet as the flavour of Baci® Perugina® chosen. So with a Red Ale, which is more toasted and bitter and has a moderate alcohol content, it is better to choose Baci® Perugina® Original Dark and Baci® Perugina® Extra Dark 70%.

For the delicate taste of Baci® Perugina® Milk it is better to have it with light, low fermented and blonde beers. All beers are served cold.
