A school to discover the secrets of chocolate, to learn techniques and to create luscious masterpieces, all guided by the passion and creativity of our Perugina® School of Chocolate Masters.
Each course lasts between 3 and 4 hours allowing you plenty of time to explore all the facets of chocolate making.
The chocolate courses always include time for manual tempering, which is essential for achieving both shiny chocolate as well as further crafting. A great variety of courses have been developed with simple kitchen tools, allowing the opportunity to practice at home as well.
At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate and a recipe, as well as an apron from the School of Chocolate… and of course, the exquisite treats prepared in class!

Perugina® Casa del Cioccolato is open all year round, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM do 1 PM and from 2 PM to 5.30 PM; It’s also open on Saturdays except during January, February, June and September. A one hour and a half museum tour includes: the guided tour, tasting, a glimpse to the chocolate production in the factory (according to production schedule) and access to the gift shop.
Perugina® School of Chocolate has also been located in prestigious Eataly New York since November 2011, an innovative culinary destination and symbol of Italian food expertise and excellence, located in the heart of Manhattan.
In 2015 Perugina® School of Chocolate reached San Paolo, giving Brazilian chocolate lovers the chance to live the extraordinary Italian experience of creating amazing chocolate treats.
