A school to discover the secrets of chocolate, to learn technique and to create luscious masterpieces, guided by the passion and creativity of our Perugina® School of Chocolate Masters. A great variety of courses developed with simple kitchen tools, for a chance to practice at home.
The making of chocolate during the courses always includes time for manual tempering, which is essential for chocolate to shine and be ready for further creations and crafting.

At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate and a recipe, as well as an apron from the School of Chocolate… and the delicate treats prepared in class!
