Perugina School of Chocolate

Perugina® School of Chocolate

Baci® Perugina® is not only chocolate, it's a world of emotions you can live. Unique events, contests, special chocolate classes and much more.

Come to Italy to discover the art of chocolate making at our Perugina® School of Chocolate. On the outskirts of Perugia, Italy, lies the Perugina® School of Chocolate. An exciting place where our Perugina® Chocolate Masters create genuine chocolate masterpieces. A unique location where chocolate lovers can experience the unforgettable taste of Italy. A school to discover the secrets of chocolate-making, learn the techniques to create impressive masterpieces, taught by the passion and creativity of our Perugina® School of Chocolate Masters.

Each course lasts between 3 and 4 hours allowing you plenty of time to explore all the facets of chocolate making. The chocolate courses always include time for manual tempering, which is essential for achieving both shiny chocolate as well as further crafting. A great variety of courses have been developed with simple kitchen tools, allowing the opportunity to practice at home as well.

At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate and a recipe, as well as an apron from the School of Chocolate… and of course, the exquisite treats prepared in class! Classes are generally held in Italian, however, English speaking classes can be specially arranged, subject to 14 or more participants. Please email us for further info.

Book a course online via email or by calling 39 02 45467655. Courses can be combined with a trip to the Perugina® Casa del Cioccolato to discover the history of chocolate from its origins, production techniques as well as the history of Perugina®, a symbol of Italian chocolate art since 1907.
