Baci® Perugina® plumcake

Ingredients
  • 4 Baci® Perugina®
  • 113 g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 170 g Flour
  • 170 g icing sugar
  • 170 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon backing powder
  • 1 lemon

  • Let the butter soften well out of the fridge. Wip the butter with the sugar and add the eggs beaten in a separate bowl until foamy.
     
  • Add the flour 1 spoon at time, the greated lemon skin and the cocoa.
     
  • Add the Baci® Perugina® finelly minced. Add the baking powder and drop in a rectangular plumcake mould greased with butter.
     
  • Cook for 25' at 170°C.
