    Baci® Perugina® plumcake
Ingredients
            
                        - 4 Baci® Perugina®
- 113 g cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 170 g Flour
- 170 g icing sugar
- 170 g butter
- 1 teaspoon backing powder
- 1 lemon
            Baci® Perugina® plumcake
    
                    - Let the butter soften well out of the fridge. Wip the butter with the sugar and add the eggs beaten in a separate bowl until foamy.
 
- Add the flour 1 spoon at time, the greated lemon skin and the cocoa.
 
- Add the Baci® Perugina® finelly minced. Add the baking powder and drop in a rectangular plumcake mould greased with butter.
 
- Cook for 25' at 170°C.
